What? : At the NXT nAIght powered by SSC Stiftung speakers from business and science will share their insights and experiences in the field of artificial intelligence. Tim S. Körwers, senior manager at msg for banking ag, will talk about AI in the financial industry and Prof. Dr. Dirk Schieborn will tell you more about what lies behind ChatGPT. In addition Prof. Dr. Volker Reichenberger will focus on the opportunities that AI offers for students.

Tim S. Körwers
"AI in the financial industry"
As a senior manager at msg for banking ag, Tim Körwers specialises in artificial intelligence and process management and is responsible for the design and development of an AI product portfolio. He also founded the GenAI community at msg. As an expert, he leads AI and process management projects and advises customers from various industries on the AI-supported digitalisation of their processes.

Prof. Dr. Dirk Schieborn
“What is ChatGPT doing and why is it working?”
Prof. Dr. Dirk Schieborn is professor at the faculty NXT Sustainability and Technology, where he teaches mathematics, statistics and data analytics. Apart from that he is managing partner at Steinbeis Transfer Center Data Analyics and Predictive Modelling and head of Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics Hub at msg for banking ag, advising customers on how to use AI in various use cases.

Prof. Dr. Volker Reichenberger
“GenAI and I”
Prof. Dr. Volker Reichenberger is a professor at the faculty NXT Sustainability and Technology, where he teaches mathematics, statistics, operations research, computer science, data science and machine learning. His research focuses on the fields of data science, machine learning and scientific computing. He also is a managing partner at Steinbeis Transfer Center Data Analytics and Predictive Modelling.
With his talk at the NXT nAIght, Volker wants to demonstrate to students how they can use AI tools to get the most out of their studies.
